Monthly Retainer: $5,000 (6 Month Term Minimum)

Deliverables:

  • Videos / Graphic Design: Up to 4 of the following per month (Mix and Match): Videos, each 1-2 minutes long plus an additional 30 second version of each for social media. OR Graphic Design project (Flyers, Posters, Social Media Ads etc...)

  • Pre-Production: Storyboarding for each video if needed, scriptwriting assistance if required, and product shoot preparation.

  • Production: up to 2 days of on location filming. Includes professional lighting when needed, audio capture as needed, drone shooting when possible and stabilized 4K video recording, all using using professional equipment packages. This also includes travel time to and from job sites.

  • Post-Production: Professional editing, color correction, audio mixing, addition of licensed background music & stock footage as needed, motion graphics as needed, and up to two rounds of revisions per video.

  • Optimization: Delivering videos in formats optimized for various platforms (e.g., website, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).

Optional Add-Ons (For Additional Fees):

  • Additional Videos: For businesses needing more than 4 videos per month, priced at $1,500 - $2,500 per additional video, depending on complexity.

  • Extended Filming: Additional filming days for complex products or locations, priced at $1,500 per additional day.

  • Expedited Turnaround: For faster delivery of final videos, priced at 20% of the monthly retainer fee.

  • Video Editing Only: Each 1-2 minutes long plus an additional 30 second version for social media. Comes with Basic Post Production: Professional editing, color correction, audio mixing, addition of licensed background music & stock footage as needed, and up to two rounds of revisions per video.
    * $1,550 per video.

  • Pre-Production: Storyboarding for each video if needed, scriptwriting assistance if required, and on location shoot preparation.
    * $150 billed per hour

  • On Location Filming:

    • Full Day: $1,750

    • Half Day: $1,350

    • Travel Fee: $200 per day ($100 to and from location)

    • Parking Fees ( billed according to whatever parking fee may be at location )

  • Equipment Fees:

    • Professional Camera Package: $200 per day ( Main Camera used on gimbal)

    • Stabilization Package: $100 per day ( Professional gimbal )

    • Audio Package: $150 per day ( Boom mic and or wireless )

    • Drone Package: $350 ( FPV or standard )

    • Lighting Package: $150 per day

Optional Add-Ons (For Additional Fees):

Expedited Turnaround: For faster delivery of final video - $250 per video
